Boaz Commodities Limited has congratulated TMDK Group on 25 years since its incorporation, describing the conglomerate's journey as a testament to visionary leadership and unwavering commitment across the energy, agriculture and infrastructure sectors.
In a statement, Boaz Commodities said the milestone reflected 25 years of excellence, innovation, resilience and outstanding contributions by TMDK Group, and described itself as a long-standing partner of TMDK Group, pledging continued collaboration between the two firms.
TMDK Group's downstream arm runs a storage terminal in Ijegun Satellite Town, Lagos, with a capacity of 70 million litres, alongside a fleet of 95 delivery trucks and close to 100 service stations across the country under its Ultra Mega Service Stations network. The group is also developing a $75 million agro-industrial park in Kaduna State through its Agro Park subsidiary, designed to house seven processing facilities and create 960 direct jobs on completion. Agro Park already produces corn pasta and noodles, animal feed and vegetable oil, and describes itself as Nigeria's only producer of corn-based pasta.
A third arm, TMDK Infrastructure, focuses on affordable housing and real estate development.
Incorporated in 2001 as Tamaidukka Investment Company Limited, TMDK Group ventured into petroleum products trading in 2013, growing from that single line of business into the three-pillar conglomerate Boaz Commodities marked in its anniversary statement.
